Training Development and Training Delivery
Effective communication is all too rare these days, even more so when the focus turns to technology. bits delivers outstanding technical training, either packaged or custom, in the classroom or to the individual.
When the subject matter is technical, talking just doesn't cut it: training must be hands-on. If a course focuses on a software package, the student should use that package extensively in the classroom and leave the classroom ready to apply newly acquired skills. If a course focuses on technologies less tangible, requirements analysis for instance, classroom time should be spent in workgroups attacking case studies and developing solutions for real world requirements. The key is to apply knowledge, not absorb it.
