This State of Georgia agency required a comprehensive solution to manage the evaluation, purchase, installation and maintenance of tens of thousands of water meters throughout the state.

The solution was a thorough database design that was implemented on an Oracle 10g platform. This database is accessed by geographically dispersed staff utilizing a web frontend built using Oracle’s Application Express or Apex.
