This State of Georgia agency required a comprehensive solution to manage the course scheduling, training and certification of tens of thousands of workers statewide based on a new law designed to protect State waters from land disturbing activities.

The solution was a comprehensive database design that was implemented in Oracle 10g. Data is managed by geographically dispersed staff utilizing a web frontend built using Oracle’s Application Express (aka Apex) technology.
