MANAGEMENT

William Bunney is the founder of bits and has been working almost exclusively with the web since the mid-90s. In that time, he has successfully launched more than four dozen websites and/or internet applications involving online communities, healthcare, professional photography, travel, spatial data, GIS, mapping, transaction processing and sports entertainment.

The largest of those sites attracted in excess of one million visitors monthly in multiple languages across load-balanced web servers directly managed by William. Former employers include Sony and American Management Systems. During William’s time with Sony, he was inventor or co-inventor of ten European software and/or business method patents, five of which were later issued as US patents.

William’s strengths include:

  • designing and building functional, database-driven websites,
  • web traffic analysis and statistics,
  • content management systems (CMS),
  • customer relationship management (CRM).
  • web/internet server(s) (plan, install, administer),
  • technical project management, and
  • methodology-based software development.
